Guy Rowland

screenwriting - music composition - sound design and mixing

As a studio sound supervisor, I've mixed a broad range of shows including The Slammer (BBC - Sitcom and Entertainment), The Tour De France (British Eurosport), Saturday Cooks (ITV) and Hannah Oke (The Disney Channel).  I will be a Sound Supervisor as part of the BBC's team  in the International Broadcast Centre at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

I also work as a Gram Op, sourcing and playing in music and sound effects for shows such as TMi Friday and the legendary / notorious Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow (both BBC).

studio sound - sound design / dubbing - post facilities

In post production, I have been responsible for all three series of The Legend of Dick and Dom, four series of The Slammer, Chute and series 1 of Trapped (all BBC).  I am currently sound designing Diddy Movies (also BBC, 2012). My work involves sound design, tracklaying, ADR recording and mixing.

I own my own dubbing studio, and work on Merging Technologies' Pyramix and Avid's Pro Tools platforms.  I can tracklay and premix complete shows including mix automation, with sessions to be final mixed and reviewed at a producer's preferred facility, or can supply a finished mixed programme (for unattended sessions).  Rates are highly competitive compared to a conventional facility.
